Warner Bros. Home Entertainment a ainsi officialisé la date de sortie de la version longue du film de Peter Jackson enrichi de 25 minutes, une sortie arrêtée au 4 novembre. Concernant la France, cette version rallongée du deuxième volet de la trilogie du Hobbit n'apparaît pas encore sur des sites comme Fnac.com ou Amazon.fr, mais le 4 étant un mardi, c'est plus que jouable... En attendant plus de détails ou surtout des visuels, il faudra se contenter de ça :
