Les vainqueurs des Nebula 2007 (œuvres parus en 2007) ont été dévoilés aujourd’hui à Austin, capitale du Texas. Le meilleur roman, choisi par la Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, est revenu à The Yiddish Policemen's Union de Michael Chabon, prix Pulitzer en 2001. Nancy Kress et Ted Chiang remportent quant à eux leur troisième Nebula. Le prix du meilleur scénario revient à Guillermo Del Toro pour son film Le Labyrinthe de Pan, succédant au Château Ambulant de Hayao Miyazaki.
Comme prévu, Michael Moorcock s’est aussi vu consacrer « Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master ». Pour l’ultime tome de la série Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling décroche le prix Andre Norton récompensant l’œuvre pour jeunes adultes la plus novatrice. C’est la première fois qu’elle est ainsi honorée par la SFWA.
